Fortunately for residents of the state of Minnesota, new state restrictions were signed into effect on July 1, 2022 which permits the amount of THC in various CBD, Delta-8, and Delta-9 products to no more than 5mg of THC, as well as 50mg of THC per packaged product. This applies to gummies, soft-gels, baked goods, and other edible products. Fortunately, a small selection of retailers anticipated this change and were quick to offer new, legally-compliant THC products that meet these restrictions without compromising any product quality. 

A New World of Edible Possibilities 

Aside from common CBD edibles like gummies, candies, capsules, and more, Minnesota residents can know enjoy legally-compliant THC edibles like Delta 8 and Delta 9 gummies, as long as they meet the statewide regulations mentioned above. Again, each product can only contain 5mg of THC per seving, and each entire package of product can only contain 50mg of THC.
